I hate people who cross the street, and hold out their hand to cars to pretty much say “you! halt!”

Ok, so today I’m driving and this woman WITH HER CHILDREN just walks out in the street – not at a crosswalk – and throws up the hand. Who are you that you need to cross the street in front of cars? Walk to a friggin intersection.
