WTF: APPLE IS LYING ABOUT STOCK!

I went for a new iphone today after work.  I got on line at the soho store.  And right as i did, they closed off the line.  As i was talking to the apple employee who was outside helping people and answering questions about what they needed in order to purchase an iphone, another apple employee came from inside the store.  He said to the man outside “hey if anyone asks why we closed the line, tell them cause we only have enough for the people in line.”  So i said “oh but wait…do you guys still have the…” And before I could even get the rest of the sentence out, he said “oh no.  we have plenty.  trust me.  we just have to tell people that.”  

So to this i say…..WTF????  They are clearly behind all this supply and demand bullshit. They have plenty of phones, but lie to people and say they are sold out.
